ABOUT THE PULSE
The Pulse San Diego does event coverage and video marketing with an interview style. The Pulse celebrates and focuses on successful businesses in San Diego by spotlighting local business owners and learning about their personal stories.

Cindy Matalucci is the CEO and host of the show. She will come to events or businesses, try their products and services on camera, talk to clients, and give potential customers an inside view of the companies. The Pulse is all about fun, and it ensures this is an interactive, natural experience.

The Pulse is a full-service, multimedia for hire video marketing company specializing in producing Interview Style Stories through video.

ROLE AS CLIENT COORDINATOR
As the client coordinator, I worked very closely with Cindy Matalucci, the Host of The Pulse. Weekly, I set up her day-to-day appointments, weekly meetings, and follow-calls.Â
I served as the liaison between clients and Cindy. I provided clients and any prospects information or details regarding the live show.Â
I assisted with client scheduling and segment times. Additionally, I debriefed the client by sending them talking points and answered any questions they may have prior to the show. I met with the client before they entered into the studio and created a welcoming and comforting environment for them before they go on air. I addressed any concerns they may have had before bringing them into the studio.
After each clients time on the show, I followed up with them to share our appreciation for having them on the show and ensure that they had a positive experience. I provided them with air details and and coordinated social media marketing to promote their segment on the show.Â
I worked closely with the Marketing Intern to align with the vision of the clients marketing promotions for their companies or events.



CONNECTING
As Client Coordinator I attend to the clients needs and concerns. I ensure they have a positive experience and feel comfortable as they prepare to go on the Live Show.
COORDINATING
I am the point of contact to connect with Cindy. If a client wants to book with Cindy, I check her schedule to see a date that is most accommodating for both Cindy and the client. We have the ability to go off site, as well.
FOLLOWING UP
My clients are my number one priority, both before and after the show. I maintain that trust and respect throughout their entire experience with The Pulse.
ELITE WOMEN'S NETWORKING GROUP
Admin
Cindy Matalucci created the Elite Women's Networking Group, which has over 80 female business owners. Every month a member is spotlighted at a breakfast event. This group strives to provide women with the resources they need in their careers as entrepreneurs.

As Cindy's Client Coordinator, I assist with ensuring member retention. I attend to members needs and highlight their significant business achievements, promotions, and events. I set up the monthly events and serve as a primary resource for the members.
